Do you Buy Supplements & Superfoods?

Have you been swayed by the promises of mangosteen, noni and pomegranate juices? What vitamins, supplements and superfoods have you recently purchased?  Walking down any store aisles today, you find shelves of products, which make claims to improve your health.  We often buy without knowing where and how the product was formulated, and by whom or what the efficacy was following testing.

Let's eat the way our ancestors did - foods with no bar codes! Fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, beans, fish, lean meat and don't forget water.  Learn how to be a savvy shopper and a smart sleuth by reading packaging labels and questioning the health claims of your favorite foods.
