Stay Hydrated by Eating the Right Foods

Did you know that you can stay hydrated simply by eating the right foods?  This post is for all of our Cherry Hill residents who want to cool down without having to over consume water!

Because water is one of the most important nutrients, it's worth taking a look at how you can increase your daily intake by eating the right foods.

Consuming raw foods such as lettuce, cucumbers, fresh fruits and especially watermelon all add to your daily water intake. Watermelon is approximately 94% water (thus the name "water" melon)making it a super hydrating food choice.

And when you're looking to cool down from the summer heat waves, try placing your fruit in the freezer. Grapes and cherries make yummy treats instead of other less nutritious food choices.

So the next time you're thirsty Cherry Hill, try a slice of juicy watermelon. It's simple to stay hydrated when you eat the right foods!
