sleep some people can even begin to gain weight!

And for others, getting proper sleep allows for easier and quicker weight loss.

Here are a few simple suggestions to get a good night's sleep.

1- Determine how tired you truly are.  On a scale of 1 to 10 assess your tiredness.

2- Next determine how much sleep you really think you need to feel refreshed and renewed.

3- Prepare yourself for sleep.  When we are overtimed it is hard to wind down.  This is
when preparing yourself for sleep can be very beneficial.  Taking a hot shower or
soaking in a hot bath with lavender or epsom salts can help to sooth and relax your
      mind and body.
