Often we look forward to September because it's the beginning of a new school year and many
parents are ready for a much needed break. With the children back to the books, Fall is the perfect time for parents to begin an exercise or yoga practice.
By taking a mere 20 to 30 minutes most days of the week you can dramatically change the way your
body handles stress. Some great options to get back into the routine of de-stressing and re-energizing
are the following:
* Simple stretch routine for 20 minutes before work
* Walk for 15 minutes on your work breaks
* Take a 30 minute walk after dinner with your spouse
* Enroll at a yoga class once or twice per week
