We are holding a special Pamper Yourself Expo geared towards women on Sunday, January 17th at Days Inn Banquet Hall in the lovely town of Cherry Hill. The festivities are from 10-3 P.M. and include food and drinks, raffle and silent auctions, vendors ranging from products sale of makeup, clothing, tastefully simple food, shoes, perfumes, hair products and services offered such as manicures, pedicures, Reiki, psychic readings, face spray tanning and massage.

Each of the eight vendors will be donating an item/gift basket or a gift certificate for a service that will be raffled or silent auctioned and all of these proceeds will be donated to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Additionally 10% of all sponsorship donations will go to BCRF as well. Lastly some vendors will be personally donating 5-15% of their personal proceeds to BCFR.

It's less than a week until Christmas, a time when shoppers are wondering how low prices will go -- and retailers are wondering how deep consumers will reach into their pockets.

Two-thirds of shoppers have yet to mark the last gift off their list -- and one in four consumers will shop this week, including Christmas Eve, according to the first annual American Express Spending and Saving Tracker research report.

"It's perfect if you work the night shift -- or if you can't sleep because you're worried about finishing your shopping," said Lisa Wolstromer, the mall's senior marketing director.

Forever 21, a destination for fashion plates on a paper-plate budget, has been supersized at Cherry Hill Mall.

At 26,000 square feet, the two-story XXI Forever has more than twice the space of the original store. In addition to the cheap, chic apparel for young women found in Forever 21, the new concept also offers Twelve by Twelve, a couture line, and Heritage 1981, a vintage-style department for men and women.

Michael Rosario's Black Friday shopping strategy involves lawn chairs, blankets, coffee and potato chips.

"We got here at 5 o'clock in the afternoon," said the Pennsauken resident, one of the first customers to enter Best Buy in Cherry Hill when the electronic store opened its doors at 4:45 a.m. today. "It turned out to be worth it."
